Burritos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. extra lean ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    parsley to taste
    20 flour tortilla shells
    1 c. lite sour cream
    2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
    3/4 c. taco sauce
Preparation
    Brown beef and onion.
    Add taco seasoning, pepper (if desired), oregano, parsley and sour cream. Add 1/2 the cheese and 1/2 of the taco sauce, mixing well. Place 2 or more tablespoons of mixture on tortilla shell and roll up.
    Place, seam side down, in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Top with remaining cheese and taco sauce. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until cheese melts and the burritos are heated through.
    This freezes well.
