French Fried Eggplant(6 To 8 Appetizers) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large eggplant
    3/4 c. flour
    3/4 c. milk
    1 c. fine cracker meal
    old cooking oil
    seasoned salt to taste
    cocktail sauce
Preparation
    Peel eggplant.
    Cut lengthwise into 1/2-inch strips.
    Dip strips in flour, then in milk, then roll in cracker meal.
    Heat oil in deep fryer to 350\u00b0.
    Fry sticks a few at a time, without crowding in oil, 8 to 10 minutes, until golden brown.
    Be sure oil temperature stays at 350\u00b0.
    Remove sticks from oil and drain on paper towels.
    Sprinkle with seasoned salt and serve with cocktail sauce.
