Baked Lasagna Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 garlic clove, minced
    2 (6 oz. each) cans tomato paste
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 bay leaves
    1 tsp. parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 pkg. (8 oz.) lasagna noodles
    3/4 lb. cottage cheese
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
    12 oz. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat in pan; add garlic, tomato paste, water, onion, bay leaves, parsley, salt and pepper.
    Mix.
    Cover. Simmer 1 hour over low heat.
    Remove bay leaves.
    Cook noodles until tender.
