Chicken Bombay - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chickens or chicken parts
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. ginger (ground)
    1 c. sherry
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/3 c. toasted sesame seed
Preparation
    Combine brown sugar, ginger, sherry and soy sauce.
    Marinate chicken 1/2 to 1 hour in sauce.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Cook in sauce, uncovered, until tender and brown, 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Good Party dish.
    Amount of chicken can be reduced to suit.
