Pear Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. fresh chopped pears (chunky)
1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs, beaten
Preparation

Mix pears, nuts and sugar.
Let stand 1 hour.
Sift dry ingredients together.
Add to pear mixture.
Stir in oil and well beaten eggs.
Add vanilla.
Mix with wooden spoon.
Pour in greased and floured Bundt pan.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
