Nut Strudel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. butter
    2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/3 c. milk
    1/2 lb. ground pecans
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Bring cream cheese and butter to room temperature, then beat with a mixer.
    Add flour and mix well.
    Shape into ball; cover and chill for 1 to 2 hours.
    Meanwhile, cook sugar and milk over medium heat until milk boils and sugar dissolves, stirring occasionally.
    Stir in nuts.
    Cool until spreadable.
