Cool Lime Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. undrained canned crushed pineapple
    2 Tbsp. lime flavored gelatin mix
    1/4 c. cottage cheese
    1/4 c. whipped topping
Preparation
    In a small saucepan, bring pineapple to a boil.
    Remove from heat and stir in gelatin until dissolved.
    Cool to room temperature.
    Stir in cottage cheese and whipped topping, chill until set.
    Yields 1 serving.
