Mexican Wedding Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. peanut butter
    1 stick plus 1 Tbsp. margarine
    4 Tbsp. powdered sugar
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts
    more powdered sugar
Preparation
    Mix peanut butter, margarine, vanilla and 4 tablespoons powdered sugar and flour. Mix well, then add nuts. Bake and immediately roll each \"cake\" in more powdered sugar.
