Corn Dogs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    3/4 c. yellow cornmeal
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    12 to 16 wieners
Preparation
    Combine flour, cornmeal, sugar, mustard, baking powder and salt.
    Add milk, egg and butter.
    Mix until smooth.
    Put wieners on skewers.
    Dip wieners one at a time in cornmeal batter.
    Fry until golden brown in vegetable oil.
    Drain on paper towels.
