Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cut-up, cooked chicken
2 c. diced celery
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. blanched slivered almonds
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. shredded cheese
1 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except cheese and potato chips, in casserole.
Add to top the shredded cheese and crushed potato chips.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in 400\u00b0 oven.
