Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 onion, chopped
2 cans tomato paste
2 green peppers, chopped
2 cans tomatoes or juice
1 small can mushrooms
1/4 c. Romano cheese
Preparation

Add salt to ground beef; brown and drain off grease.
Add garlic, green pepper and onion.
Cook until golden brown.
Add tomato paste, tomatoes, mushrooms and seasonings.
Stir in Romano cheese.
Cook slowly for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
Stir occasionally. Can also put in slow cooker for the day on low heat.
Cook spaghetti noodles when ready to serve.
