Chili Verde - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. pork steaks or chops
    1 onion, chopped
    1 small can green chilies, chopped
    1 (12 oz.) can tomatoes and chili
    2 large ripe tomatoes, chunked or 1/2 (No. 2 1/2) can tomatoes, drained
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Cut meat in bite size pieces.
    Brown in oil with chopped onion.
    Season with salt and pepper to taste.
    Add rest of ingredients and simmer until meat is done, about 1 1/2 hours. Best done in heavy skillet.
    Serve with fry bread.
