Hot Stuff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. linguica, diced
    1 lb. chourico, diced
    1 good sized onion
    1 medium to large green pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. crushed pepper
Preparation
    Cook onion in a large skillet until almost tender or transparent.
    Add green pepper (both chopped).
    Add the meat.
    Add salt and crushed pepper; keep stirring so it will not stick. Makes its own juice.
    Takes about 1/2 hour.
    Serve as a side dish or over buns.
