Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium size yellow squash
    1 medium onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    Cheddar cheese
    Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Dice squash and onion and cook until done.
    Pour off excess water.
    Add to squash and onion, one can of cream of chicken soup. Mix well.
    Pour into a casserole dish; top with grated Cheddar cheese and crumbled Ritz crackers.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for approximately 15 to 20 minutes (or until bubbly).
