Baked Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 medium potatoes, cooked and diced
    1 pkg. Velveeta cheese (use about 3/4 lb.)
    1 large onion, diced
    6 slices bacon
    1 c. mayonnaise
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Saute onion in small amount of butter in microwave until tender.
    Cook bacon until almost done.
    Let cool and cut into small pieces.
    Add potatoes, cheese, onion, bacon and mayonnaise in bowl.
    Stir well.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Pour into a buttered 2-quart casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese melts (usually 30 to 40 minutes) or microwave.
