Seven Layer Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. shredded lettuce
    1 sweet onion, sliced
    1 box frozen peas, blanched 2 minutes
    1/2 head raw cauliflower (chunks)
    1 lb. bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
    1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese or Parmesan cheese
    mayonnaise
Preparation
    Layer ingredients in order given into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Seal with mayonnaise, spread completely over top of vegetables.
    Cover dish completely with Saran Wrap or foil and refrigerate for 24 hours.
    Toss before serving.
