Ingredients

3 medium potatoes
2 tsp. oil (or a little less)
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0. Cut potatoes lengthwise into 1/4 inch thick slices, then cut into fry shaped strips. Pour oil into bowl and toss to coat. Spread on baking sheet and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake 20 minutes and then turn potatoes and bake until crisp, about 15 minutes.
