Ham And Egg Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cubed ham
    4 to 5 eggs, broken but not folded
    dash of salt and pepper
    2 c. sharp cheese (layered over eggs)
    1 (9-inch) pie crust (top and bottom used)
    1/4 c. onion (optional)
Preparation
    Layer ham, then eggs and sprinkle cheese all over top.
    Cover with top crust.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
