Hot Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    1 3/4 c. warm water
    4 1/2 c. flour
    1 egg
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. melted shortening, cooled
Preparation
    Combine yeast, sugar and warm water.
    Add egg, salt and shortening.
    Stir in all of flour and blend well.
    Let stand in bowl 30 minutes before making into rolls.
    Drop in 9 x 13-inch pan with tablespoon.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until done.
