Hominy Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (16 oz.) cans yellow hominy, drained
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
    1 (2 oz.) jar chopped pimento
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
    Mix well. Spoon into buttered 2-quart casserole dish.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until bubbly.
    Yields 6 servings.
