Creamed Cauliflower Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium head cauliflower
3 Tbsp. butter or oleo
1/4 c. flour
2 c. milk
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing mix
1 c. water
1/2 c. butter or oleo, melted
Preparation

Break cauliflower into small pieces and cook until just tender.
Drain and place in a shallow 2-quart casserole.
