Chicken And Bow Tie Pasta(Serves 4 To 5 Hungry People) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. pkg. bow tie pasta
    16 oz. fresh or frozen green beans
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 1/2 lb. skinless boneless chicken breasts, cut in 1-inch chunks
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    3 Tbsp. dried tarragon
    1 c. sour cream or yogurt
    1/2 c. chopped fresh parsley (optional)
    freshly ground black pepper
    Parmesan cheese to taste
Preparation
    Bring 4 quarts of water to a boil.
    Add pasta and beans. Cook 8 to 10 minutes, stirring frequently until just tender.
