Seafood Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. fusilli pasta, cooked, drained & cooled
1-2 lbs. fresh backfin crab meat
1-2 lb. medium size shrimp
3 bunches of scallions, chopped
12 oz. bottle Heinz chili sauce
16 oz. jar mayonnaise
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
Old Bay seasoning to taste (usually 3-4 Tbsp.)
Preparation

Mix pasta, crab meat, shrimp and scallions. Blend chili sauce, mayonnaise, lemon juice and Old Bay seasoning with mixer. Reserve about 1/2 cup to 1 cup dressing and refrigerate. Pour remaining dressing over salad and mix thoroughly. Allow salad to refrigerate overnight. Add remaining dressing and mix thoroughly before serving.
