Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. stone ground whole wheat flour
    1 c. stone ground yellow corn meal
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 c. non-instant dry milk solids
    1/4 c. honey
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
    1/4 c. diced green pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped jalapeno peppers
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Combine first 5 ingredients.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix just enough to moisten.
    Put into an oiled 8-inch baking pan.
    Bake about 20 minutes.
