Baked Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. pkg. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese (2 lb.)
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. flour
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Prepare sauce.
    Melt butter in saucepan. Blend in flour.
    Stir in milk and seasonings.
    Bring to a boil, stirring.
    Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat and add 1 1/2 cups cheese.
    Alternate layers of macaroni and sauce in 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
    Top with remaining cheese. Bake 15 minutes at 375\u00b0.
