Cherry And Peach Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. water
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. cloves
1 egg, beaten, plus enough milk to make 1/2 c.
1 c. cherry pie filling
1/2 c. sugar
1 (1 lb.) can peaches (sliced), drained
1 1/2 c. Bisquick
Preparation

Mix the first 6 ingredients into a 10-inch pan.
Heat and add peaches; bring to a boil.
Mix egg and water mix to Bisquick.
Stir into a soft dough.
Drop by teaspoons on top of boiling fruit. Cover and cook for 10 minutes.
Stir softly.
Cover and cook 10 more minutes.
Serve warm with or without whipped topping.
Serves 8.
