Tortilla Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cooked and deboned
    2 c. grated American cheese
    1 doz. tortillas, cut fine
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 (10 oz.) can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 onion, chopped fine
    3 fish or 6 red fish fillets
    2 Tbsp. black pepper
    2 Tbsp. lemon pepper
    2 Tbsp. white pepper
    1/2 Tbsp. cayenne pepper
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    1 Tbsp. thyme
    1 Tbsp. garlic salt
    1 Tbsp. granulated onion
    1 stick unsalted butter
    fish fillets (1/2 to 3/4-inch thick)
