Taco Bell Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium green peppers
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. cooked rice
    3 c. spaghetti sauce
    1 envelope taco seasoning mix
    dash of pepper
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cut off tops and insides of green peppers.
    Parboil in boiling, salted water for 5 minutes; drain.
    Brown the beef and onion; drain fat.
    Add 1 cup spaghetti sauce, rice, taco seasoning, pepper and diced green pepper reserved from tops. Spoon meat mixture into pepper shell.
    Pour remaining 2 cups spaghetti sauce over peppers.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
    Uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes or until tops are brown.
