Bean Catcher Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 frying chicken, cut up
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 stick butter
    1 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. leaf thyme
    2 Tbsp. dried minced onion
Preparation
    Dip chicken pieces into buttermilk and then into a mixture of flour, salt, pepper, paprika, thyme and minced onion.
    Melt butter in shallow baking pan in 400\u00b0 oven.
    Remove pan and place chicken in pan, turning to coat with butter.
    Bake in single layer, skin side down, for 30 minutes.
    Turn and bake 30 more minutes.
