Mushroom Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. round steak, cut in 6 parts (salt and pepper lightly)
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. water
2 medium onions, sliced 4 parts
6 small potatoes, peeled
6 medium carrots, peeled
1 can mushroom soup
Preparation
-
Brown floured steak in oil.
Place onions under steak.
Spoon mushroom soup over steak and add water.
Place potatoes and carrots on top and bake or cook in electric skillet for 2 hours at low heat.
Serves 4 to 6.
