Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. chopped apples
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Mix the oil, sugar and eggs with a spoon.
Beat at medium speed until creamy.
Sift and measure the flour, salt, soda and baking powder.
Combine ingredients and beat with mixer 2 minutes. Add vanilla.
Fold in apples and pecans.
Grease and flour pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes.
