Joy'S Marinated Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. wine vinegar
    2/3 c. olive oil or salad oil (half and half)
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 clove garlic
    2 lb. small fresh mushrooms, washed
Preparation
    Combine vinegar, oil, parsley, salt, pepper, sugar and lemon juice in a huge Mason jar or anything that has a cover.
    Add garlic clove (still intact) and mushrooms.
    Cover and marinate several days or hours in the refrigerator.
    Remove garlic and serve.
    Serves 12.
