Vegetable Confetti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 oz. pkg. frozen Oriental blend vegetables
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of celery soup
1/4 c. milk
1 c. shredded cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
8 oz. dairy sour cream
1/4 c. cracker crumbs
Preparation

Cook frozen vegetables according to directions and drain well. Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Blend celery soup, milk, sour cream and cheese in large bowl.
Lightly stir into vegetables.
Transfer mixture into a 1 1/2-quart shallow baking dish.
