Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. cream cheese (at room temperature)
1/4 c. flour
4 eggs
1 egg yolk
1 c. sugar
dash of salt
3/4 tsp. vanilla
1/8 c. cream
Preparation

Cut cheese into pieces and place in large mixing bowl; beat 1 minute.
Add eggs and egg yolk and mix well.
Add sugar and mix well.
Add flour and salt; mix well.
Add vanilla and cream and beat until smooth.
Place into prepared crust; bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 250\u00b0 and bake for 45 to 65 minutes or until cake is slightly browned, has risen and is cooked on top. Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate overnight.
