Substitute For Eagle Brand Milk - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. powdered milk
2/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. boiling water
3 tsp. melted butter

Preparation

Blend well in blender; store in refrigerator.
This will work well in any recipe.
