Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean beef, cut in thin strips
    1/4 c. margarine
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. mushrooms (fresh or canned)
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 1/2 c. bouillon
    3 Tbsp. sherry
    1/2 c. sour cream
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Dust strips of beef with flour, salt and pepper.
    Melt margarine in heavy skillet and saute mushrooms and onions.
    When tender, remove and set aside.
