Cranberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups flour
    1 cup and 2 tsp. sugar
    1 3/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/3 cup orange juice
    1/2 cup water
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    3/4 cup pecans, chopped
    1 tsp orange peel, grated
    2 cups fresh cranberries, cut in half
Preparation
    Stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
    Stir together remaining ingredients. Add dry mixture gradually to other bowl and mix well.
    Spray Pam into mini-muffin tins and spoon in batter to 3/4 full. Bake at 400\u00b0 F. for 20 to 25 minutes.
