Raisin Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

5 c. self-rising flour
15 oz. box Raisin Bran
3 c. sugar
4 beaten eggs
1 c. vegetable oil
1 qt. buttermilk
Preparation

Mix together thoroughly first 3 ingredients.
Then add eggs, oil, then buttermilk; mix well and spoon into muffin pans.
Makes a good many and batter can be kept in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
