Avocado Stuffed Crab Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. imitation crab flakes
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 celery stalks, chopped fine
    3 Tbsp. green onion, chopped fine
    2 ripe avocados, halved, peeled and seeded
    lemon juice
    salt and pepper to taste
    lettuce
Preparation
    Shred crab flakes.
    Combine with mayonnaise, celery and onion. Spoon into avocado half that has been brushed with lemon juice. Serve on bed of lettuce.
