Company Cauliflower - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cauliflower
    1/4 c. diced green pepper
    2 Tbsp. diced pimento
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (14 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1/4 lb. American cheese
    paprika
Preparation
    Separate cauliflower into medium pieces; cook, covered in boiling water, until tender (10 to 15 minutes).
    Drain.
    Saute green pepper and pimento in margarine; blend in flour.
    Gradually stir in milk and cook, stirring constantly, until thick; add salt, mushroom soup and cheese.
    Continue stirring until smooth.
    Add cauliflower and mix gently until cauliflower is coated.
    Pour into 1 1/2 to 2-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Yield:
    6 to 8 servings.
