Fruit Cookie Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    3/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 to 2 c. prepared vanilla pudding
    1 1/2 c. each: sliced kiwi, sliced strawberries, orange slices, raspberries and blueberries
Preparation
    In medium bowl, beat together butter and sugars until light and creamy.
    Add egg and vanilla; beat well.
    Combine flour, baking powder and salt.
    Gradually blend into butter mixture until just moistened.
    Press dough evenly into 12-inch pizza pan or pie crust.
    Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon sugar.
    Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Remove and cool. Spread with pudding, leaving 1-inch all around.
    Arrange fruit on pudding.
