Angel Food Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. plain flour
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. egg whites
Preparation
    Sift flour
    with
    1/2 cup sugar.
    In large mixing bowl, combine and
    beat
    until
    forms stiff peak:
    egg whites, salt, cream of tartar
    and
    vanilla.
    Next
    gradually add 1 1/3 cups sugar while
    beating
    into\tmixture.
    Fold\tin flour and sugar combination.
    Fold; do
    not
    stir.\tPour in tube pan.
    Bake in 375\u00b0 oven
    for
    45\tminutes.
    Let cool 10 minutes upside-down. Loosen cake with knife and turn on wire rack to cool.
