Salisbury Steaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    onion, chopped
    celery, chopped
    garlic powder
    salt and pepper
    3/4 c. crushed crackers
Preparation
    Mix together and shape into patties.
    Fry quickly on both sides.
    Place in baking dish.
    Cover with 1 can golden mushroom soup and 1/2 cup milk or water (mixed together).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
