Rhubarb Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 Tbsp. butter
2 eggs, well beaten
3 c. rhubarb, cut fine
1 pastry shell
Preparation
-
Blend first 4 ingredients, then add eggs.
Beat until smooth. Pour over rhubarb.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
