Easy Oven Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. boneless beef, chuck or round, in 1-inch cubes
    1/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    2 Tbsp. Wesson oil
    4 small onions, in quarters
    1 bag carrots
    4 small potatoes, cut in quarters
    1 c. sliced celery
    2 (8 oz.) cans Hunt's tomato sauce
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Combine flour,\tsalt,
    pepper and paprika in paper bag. Drop beef, a
    portion at a time; shake until coated.
    Mix with Wesson oil in 3 quart casserole.
    Bake, uncovered, at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Stir
    once.
    Add\tvegetables,
    water
    and
    Hunt's sauce; stir well.\tCover
    and
    bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 3/4 hours or until done.
    Makes 6 servings.
