Microwave Chinese Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Mix oil with soy sauce, ginger and garlic powder.
    Place chicken in glass baking dish.
    Pour sauce over chicken.
    Cover loosely with wax paper.
    Cook on High 8 to 10 minutes or until done.
    Rotate baking dish halfway through cooking time.
    Serves 4.
