Vegetarian Milkshake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    apple juice
    honey
    pure vanilla
    cashew nuts
    1/2 banana
    1 Tbsp. nonfat dry milk
    berries, peanut butter, carob powder or any flavoring (optional)
Preparation
    Into a blender, pour a little apple juice, a small handful of cashew nuts, a little honey, half a banana, a dash of pure vanilla and nonfat dry milk or soy milk.
    At this point you can add berries, peanut butter, carob powder or any flavor you desire. Then add handfuls of crushed ice and continue blending until the shake is thick and smooth.
