Key Lime Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 egg yolks
19 oz. sweetened condensed milk
8-inch graham cracker crust, baked and cooled
1/2 c. freshly squeezed lime juice
grated rind of 1 lime
Preparation

Beat egg yolks with a wire whisk and blend in sweetened condensed milk.
Add grated lime rind and lime juice; mix well. Pour into crust.
Chill for 2 hours.
