Sarah'S Yams - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. yams
3 Tbsp. margarine
3 to 4 Tbsp. milk
Preparation

Peel and cut yams into 1-inch cubes.
Steam yams until soft. Beat yams with mixer beater until smooth.
Add margarine and milk. Serve as an accompaniment to ham or pork.
