Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    cabbage, thick sliced
    1 lb. sausage
    3 small potatoes, peeled
    2 medium onions
    1/4 c. water
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    3 carrots, sliced
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease a long pan and place cabbage slices over bottom.
    Cut potatoes into 1/4-inch round slices. Place over cabbage and carrots.
    Slice onion in thick slices and place over potatoes.
    Cut sausage roll into 1/4-inch slices and place on onions.
    Bake, covered, for 1 hour.
